Sie ernährt sich biologisch, milchfrei und keto-inspiriert, schreckt aber auch nicht vor einer „Cheat Meal“ zurück, wenn sie Heißhunger verspürt. Sie praktiziert auch intermittierendes Fasten, um sich im Gleichgewicht zu halten.
