Anstatt ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen, hält sich der mexikanisch-amerikanische Star durch tägliche Bewegung und Yoga fit und konzentriert sich dabei auf die Erhaltung von Flexibilität und Kraft. Sie ist auch eine Verfechterin der Meditation und sagt, dass sie wirklich glaubt, dass sie ihr dabei hilft, in Form zu bleiben.
Die Oscar-Preisträgerin ernährt sich ausgewogen und liebt es, Säfte zu pressen, was sie dazu inspirierte, Cooler Cleanse mitzugründen. Zusammen mit ihrem Ehemann Francois-Henri Pinault gründete sie außerdem die Kering Foundation, um Gewaltopfer weltweit zu unterstützen.
