Harry und Meghan Markle – Das Geschenk der Queen
Prinz Harry und Meghan Markle machen ja zurzeit ordentlich Wirbel um ihr Leben in der Royal Family. Dabei kommen nicht immer nur positive Seiten heraus. Dabei hat die Queen dem frisch verheiratetem Paar das Adelaide Cottage als Hochzeitsgeschenk hinterlassen. Diese Nobelimmobilie steht in der Nähe der Kirche, in der sie auch geheiratet haben.
Dabei wurde das Haus komplett saniert, bevor die Queen es ihnen übergab. Besonderheiten des Hauses sind zum Beispiel goldenen Delphine an der Decke des Hauptschlafzimmers, oder auch Seilornamente, welche aus dem 19ten Jahrhundert von einer königlichen Yacht stammten. Selbst der Kamin ist aus ägyptischen Marmor gefertigt worden.
