Bushido – Zwangsversteigertes Seemanns-Heim
Bushido kaufte zusammen mit Clanchef Arafat Abou-Chaker ein Anwesen was ehemals als ein Seemanns-Heim diente. So hat das Anwesen große Gebäude mit bis zu 13 Zimmern, ebenso wie eine eigene Bibliothek und Verwaltungs- und Büroräume. Das Grundstück beläuft sich auf 16.000 m2 in Potsdam. Jedoch brachte ihm die Immobilie viele Kopfschmerzen.
Da das Grundstück 1910 erbaute wurde und unter Denkmalschutz steht, musste er sich häufig mit Behörden und Beamten herumschlagen, um Genehmigungen für den geplanten Umbau zu bekommen. Mittlerweile wurde die Immobilie zwangsversteigert und auch Bushido und sein Freund Clanchef Arafat Abou-Chaker gehen heute getrennte Wege.
