Jej prawdziwie, pełne imię i nazwisko to Regina Rollinger-Jonkajtys. Rena Rolska stała się znana jako aktorka i piosenkarka. Jest wciąż pamiętana, chociaż od ponad 40 lat nie występuje na scenie. Jednym z jej największych hitów była piosenka “Piosenka prawdę ci powie”. Wyszła za mąż za Mariana Jonkajtysa, z którym występowała w kabarecie “Dreszczowiec” razem z Wojciechem Młynarskim.
Rolska grała również w stołecznym teatrze Syrena oraz udzielała się radiowo, jej głos jest znany chociażby z programu “Podwieczorek przy mikrofonie”. Ma syna, Grzegorza Jonkajtysa, który osiedlił się w Hollywood i zawodowo zajął tworzeniem efektów specjalnych.
