Ten ponad dziewięćdziesięcioletni aktor wciąż nie rozważa przejścia na emeryturę a w ubiegłym roku świętował 60-lecie swojej obecności na scenie wrocławskiego Teatru Współczesnego. Jest przede wszystkim aktywny na wrocławskiej scenie, w przeciągu swojej kariery współpracował także z rozmaitymi reżyserami filmowymi.
Znany z ról w takich kultowych filmach, jak: “Jak rozpętałem II wojnę światową”, “Marcowe migdały”, “Va bank”, czy też niezapomniana “Ziemia obiecana”. W żadnym z tych filmów nie wcielił się w główną rolę, ale jego filmowe wcielenia zostały zapamiętane i docenione. Na swoim koncie posiada ponad 90 ról teatralnych oraz ponad 140 ról filmowych.
