Adam Richman – 70 libras | Estilo de Vida Saludable y Activo
Adam Richman hizo de su amor por la comida una carrera con su programa llamado Man Versus Food, en el que mostró sus talentos de alimentación competitivos. Debido a que comía mucho en forma regular, estuvo ganando peso continuamente hasta que su peso lo deprimió.
Más tarde se retiró del programa para poder estar más saludable. Richman siguió una dieta vegetariana y también se volvió muy activo en el día a día. Todas las horas que pasó trabajando en sí mismo valieron la pena porque fue capaz de perder alrededor de 70 libras. ¡Le llevó diez meses lograrlo!
