Angélica Vale, reconocida comediante y actriz mexicana ha sido un ejemplo a seguir tras haber bajado 40 libras luego de dar a luz. Para su exitoso papel como Letty en “La fea más bella”, Angélica debió bajar más de 44 libras.
La actriz siempre ha luchado con su peso y no ha sido una batalla fácil por problemas hormonales. Luego de dos embarazos, Angélica cuenta que no hizo ningún cambio drástico, solo con ejercicios y alimentación saludable logró obtener el cuerpo que deseaba. ¡Te ves espectacular Angélica, sin duda eres un gran ejemplo de constancia y motivación!
