Coco Chanel – Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, montant non divulgué
Dans les années 1930, Coco Chanel fait construire à Roquebrune-Cap-Martin une résidence baptisée « La Pausa ». Ce lieu, conçu comme un refuge méditerranéen, devient ensuite la propriété du couple Emery et Wendy Reves. Parmi les visiteurs accueillis, on compte notamment Winston Churchill. Après le décès de Wendy Reves en 2007, la maison reste inoccupée durant plusieurs années.
En 2015, la maison Chanel rachète cette demeure de manière officielle, de sorte qu’elle puisse la réintégrer à son histoire. Ce nom apparaît également dans un parfum de la marque, à savoir « Chanel 28 La Pausa ». Située sur la Côte d’Azur, cette propriété est désormais rattachée au patrimoine de la maison Chanel, qui en assure la préservation et la valorisation.
