D’après les informations relayées par E!News, elle a choisi cette localisation pour se rapprocher des domiciles de ses sœurs Khloe et Kourtney Kardashian. Avant de s’y installer, Kylie a procédé à des travaux de rénovation afin d’adapter les lieux à ses préférences.
La décoration intérieure de sa maison met en avant des teintes sobres, principalement du noir et du gris, pour un style moderne et épuré. À l’issue de l’aménagement, la propriété offre un cadre de vie paisible. L’ensemble des pièces a été repensé pour conjuguer esthétisme et fonctionnalité dans un environnement résidentiel recherché du comté de Los Angeles.
