DeMille, auquel on doit notamment le film Cléopâtre en 1934. Acquise par Angelina Jolie, la demeure offre une vue dégagée sur l’océan et s’étend sur une superficie de 7 500 m².
Avant d’y emménager, Angelina Jolie a lancé un vaste chantier de rénovation étalé sur 6 ans. Aujourd’hui, le bâtiment conjugue éléments architecturaux historiques et aménagements contemporains. Il comporte six chambres ainsi qu’environ dix salles de bains, offrant un espace à la fois spacieux et fonctionnel, pensé pour un mode de vie à la fois confortable et discret.
