Céline Dion a investi dans plusieurs biens de grande valeur, dont un avion privé estimé à 35 millions d’euros et une vaste propriété située en Floride, achetée pour environ 53 millions d’euros. La propriété, servant de résidence principale, est construite en bordure de l’océan Atlantique. Elle comprend 13 chambres, 14 salles de bains et deux maisons d’hôtes distinctes de la maison principale.
Les maisons d’hôtes comportent quatre chambres chacunes. Les installations extérieures de cette propriété regroupent un terrain de tennis, un parcours de golf, un pool house et une salle dédiée aux soins de bien-être. La demeure, par son agencement, allie le confort d’une résidence, des prestations haut de gamme et des équipements de loisirs répartis sur une vaste superficie.
