Duane Chapman, better known as Dog the Bounty Hunter from the A&E program of the same name, makes a living meting out vigilante justice in exchange for bail bonds. The bounty business is a family affair, with Duane’s sons and wife Beth joining him in tracking down rogue criminals. Beth is so passionate about this work that she now serves as president of the National Bail Bonds Association. The Chapmans haven’t always had an easy time working as civilian law enforcement officials; in 2011, they faced injury attorneys representing a fugitive who had been hurt by pepper pellets while fleeing from an armed Chapman and associates.
