Mamie è diventata famosa per aver partecipato a un programma chiamato Emily Owens, M.D. Mamie è anche un’attrice di teatro, come la madre, e il suo ruolo più memorabile è stato in Ugly Lies the Bond e Mr Marmalade. Mamie e l’attore Mehar Sethi sono fidanzati dal 2018 e hanno dato il benvenuto al loro primo figlio a Febbraio 2019.
