Patterson must be enjoying the best things in life at his age of 71 because his net worth as of today is at a whopping $800 million. Patterson apparently makes at least $90 million in one year. We guess that selling millions of copies of his novels have been paying off big time. In 2018, Patterson’s novel called Murder Games was given a TV series adaptation titled, Instinct.
