Delta Burke is the beauty queen who played Suzanne Sugarbaker in the hit sitcom ‘Designing Women.’ While we saw an energetic, vibrant, and young woman on screen, there was more to the actress. She was suffering from clinical depression, which took a toll on her health, eventually leading her to diabetes and weight gain.
Thanks to the continual support from her husband, Burke finally escaped from the clutches of her problems. She devoted time to her mental and physical well-being by maintaining a nutrition plan and constantly monitoring the progress. With that kind of effort, she is fitter than ever now!
