CELEBRITIES WHO LOST WEIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE
Loni Love – 30 Pounds, Lifestyle Change
American comedienne and Emmy award-winning day-time television host Loni Love has been quietly making significant progress in her fitness journey for some time now. Taking things slow and steady has paid off for the talented author who dropped 30 pounds.
Loni routinely shares updates about progress and helpful tips for her social media followers. She credits her increasingly slim figure to setting attainable goals, making smart lifestyle changes and avoiding crash diets, which only put more weight on in the long run. To add to it, Loni’s skin looks luxuriously radiant, and she is thoroughly enjoying dropping down over a dozen dress sizes.
