Gabourey Sidibe – 150 Pounds Lost, Surgery
The effectiveness of gastric surgery has been proven by many, including Gabourey Sidibe! After she underwent an operation in 2017, this woman successfully cut down half of her initial size, which is about 150 pounds. But of course, Gabourey also had to follow a strict fitness regimen to burn the fat as the medical procedure was only to reduce the feeling of hunger.
Many don’t know this, but Gabourey doesn’t like someone who congratulates her on a successful diet. In one of the interviews, she mentioned that maintaining a body-weight was necessary and not an achievement to be proud of!
