CELEBRITIES WHO LOST WEIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE
Chris Pratt – 70 Pounds, Exercise and Increased Water Intake

It’s hard to imagine how Chris Pratt used to be the chubby yet lovable Andy Dwyer in ‘Parks and Recreation.’ No one thought of him as an ideal leading man in Hollywood, but he proved everyone wrong when he shed 70 pounds to become Peter Quill in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy.’
According to the actor, he keeps himself trim by drinking lots of fluids, a habit he developed when he initially decided to lose weight. Running up to six miles a day and eliminating unhealthy food, including alcohol, has also helped increase his metabolism.
