Holly Willoughby was able to achieve a stellar feat by shrinking her dress size from 22 to 12! Details soon came to light, and fans found that she took pilates lessons from a celebrity instructor, Lynne Robinson. The duo had worked in tandem for several months to get the star toned up. Holly also took a special diet consisting of dried fruits, hummus, carrots, and chicken.
The presenter was initially hesitant to reveal how she managed it because people can get obsessive about someone’s weight, but Holly eventually opened up, much to her fans’ delight!
