Sir Patrick Stewart – 20 Pounds, Portion Control
Though the world-at-large knows him from such prominent Hollywood roles as Doctor Charles Xavier from the ‘X-Men’ films, Sir Patrick Stewart has been an acclaimed theatrical actor in the UK for decades. His illustrious career has not only brought him substantial wealth, but he has also been honored by Her Majesty the Queen with a Knighthood.
Ahead of his last appearance in the ‘X-Men’ franchise, the Shakespearean actor decided to lose 20 pounds. Claiming weight loss has never been a problem for him. Patrick carefully dropped the pounds over several months by exercising portion control in meals to make the process as safe and gentle for his well-being as possible.
