Everyone remembers Kelly Clarkson as the young girl who captured the hearts of many after winning the first season of ‘American Idol.’ Since then, her life has been in the public limelight. Unfortunately, this includes her weight loss journey.
Kelly has been struggling with keeping her weight in check, especially after giving birth. The busy mom shared that she does not enjoy exercising, which made her switch to a healthier plant-based diet instead, after reading up about it. It surely seems to be working in Kelly’s favor as she looks more beautiful than ever!
