June Shannon underwent an inspiring journey of tremendous weight loss and shared it with the world on her show, ‘Mama June: From Not to Hot.’ She had a traumatic childhood, but the problem of obesity never left her alone until the reality TV star decided to do something about it.
She kicked off the transformation process by undergoing gastric sleeve surgery. It reduces the stomach’s size by almost 75%. After that, the mother of one hired a professional trainer and worked out every day. She also made healthier diet changes, reduced food portions, and successfully managed to shed 215 pounds!
