In addition to sticking to a 1,200-1,400 calorie diet a day, drinking plenty of water and spending more than 20 hours a week exercising helped Lil Kim drop 20 pounds. For this star who regularly tours and performs on stage for hours, she must be in her best shape so as to deliver as an artist.
As easy as it is to obsess over the numbers on a scale, Kim’s effort to be and stay fit is more about how she feels, her health and general wellbeing. Now that’s an approach that we should all have so as to have healthy relationships with our bodies.
