Sara Rue – 50 Pounds, Plant-Based Diet/ Fitness Training
‘Bones’ actress Sara Rue was visibly different and svelte after losing 50 pounds. Before achieving her newfound figure, it was no walk in the park for the star as she has been plump since her younger days. It wasn’t until she got engaged that she decided to turn her life around and be more in control of her health.
Sara enrolled in a weight loss program as she believed this is not a feat she can conquer on her own. With an extensive health plan in place, she managed to get to her target weight, just in time for the wedding!
