Christian Bale is among the Hollywood artists who deliberately transform their physique to explore the role better. Out of all of his movies, the most shocking appearance change happened for ‘The Machinist.’ The actor lost about 120 pounds worth of muscles and fat from his body!
It turns out that Bale initially wanted to lose more weight, mainly due to his dissatisfaction with the result. The producers even had to stop him from dieting as such an extreme long-term program would have led him to severe health issues!
