Blake Lively – 61 Pounds Lost, Diet and Workout
The gorgeous diva is best known for her work in the TV series ‘Gossip Girl.’ She is enjoying marital bliss with Ryan Reynolds, and the couple has three daughters. Blake has shown that shedding that pesky baby weight is difficult, regardless of your popularity status, and we couldn’t agree more!
Lively is now back to her original self after losing 61 pounds. She hired a personal trainer and got to work; her advice to fans is to not rush through the process. Apart from hardcore exercising, the actress also credits her success to cutting out gluten, while maintaining a balanced diet.
