Penn Jillette – 105 Pounds, The Potato Diet
Penn Jillette is the ultimate illusionist, so many people speculated if he performed a trick with his weight too, when he debuted a shocking, 105-pound loss. The ‘Penn and Teller’ star shed all that stone in a few months, but it wasn’t a magic wand that brought about the change.
Jillette’s principle of ‘all or nothing’ made him follow a highly restrictive diet consisting of nothing but potatoes! Of course, it helped him get to the goal weight lightning-fast, but luckily he realized that it wasn’t sustainable nor healthy in the long-term. Now, he has gone vegan and pairs it with regular workouts and fasting to maintain the transformation.
