We all know Claire Sweeney from the soap opera Brookside from Channel 4. Apart from the fact she is a great actress and a talented performer, Sweeney’s issues with weight loss have also been well-documented as the artist has worked with both Slimfast and Weight Watchers. The soap star even released a DVD and documentary showing the entire process candidly.
The television personality revealed that she loves food, and it was an uphill battle trying to control the cravings. After a lot of effort, Claire managed to resist the temptation by minimizing eating out and cooking her own food.
