The fashion designer adopted a unique way to drop 50 pounds. McCarthy said that being boring, not going out, heading to bed early, and not stressing about her health helped the process of losing weight. Debunking the rumor that she had adopted a crazy diet, the comedian mentioned that she trained in martial arts and regularly exercised too.
