Conchata Farrell had been an over-eater for the longest time, which ultimately led to massive weight gain. While she was supremely talented, her physique got in the way of landing many important roles in films and television. At one point, a producer called her the best actress he had ever seen, and yet did not hand her the project owing to her weight.

 

The star decided that it was enough and started working to achieve a lean figure. By 2009, Farrell managed to shed 60 pounds by sticking to a fruits-and-vegetables diet and exercising frequently. We bet no one has anything negative to say to her now!
