Kaley Cuoco’s role as Penny in ‘The Big Bang Theory’ is a fan-favorite, placing her among the most beloved TV characters of all time. With all eyes on the successful show, Cuoco was always pressured to look her best on camera.
So how did the blonde actress manage to go down one jean size? Simple: by ridding the pantry of junk food and eating clean! Cuoco also incorporated yoga and made a pact to workout even on lazy days. But she stresses the importance of cheat days too – this is advice we can totally rely on!
Despite losing a lot of pounds, Chrissy is still battling obesity as her weight is still far from ideal. Nonetheless, she has been trying to embrace the curvy body more since the diagnosis. Hopefully, she can cope with her diet regime better!
