One of Hollywood’s most charismatic leading men, Alec Baldwin, has been consistently delivering knockout performances on both film and TV. His classic American boy-next-door good looks have stood the test of time. Still, Alec has had to re-consider his weight ever since a pre-diabetes diagnosis.
He immediately launched into a wealth of weight loss programs with the help of his wife. Alec has said that they’ve tried everything from Yoga to Pilates and Spin classes. But it was by cutting sugar entirely out of his diet that he dramatically dropped 30 pounds in the matter of a few months. His determination to live healthily is, in a word, inspirational.
