Oprah Winfrey – 42 Pounds Lost, Weight Watchers Program
Oprah Winfrey’s significant transformation from curvy to lean might startle many of us, as it happened in a short timespan. Her journey began in 2015 after being diagnosed with pre-diabetes type II. Of course, she didn’t want to give up and was determined to change her lifestyle by joining Weight Watcher – a company that offers weight-loss programs.
The result was quite shocking – Oprah successfully decreased 42 pounds since her participation in the diet plans, and it was all done without interrupting her busy schedule. No wonder she began promoting the company to help other people with the same problem!
