Chrissy Metz – 100 Pounds Lost, Diet
Chrissy Metz’s journey to achieve a leaner body has been on for years, and it all started in 2017. The star was partying with her friends when she suddenly had a severe anxiety attack! After knowing that it was caused by obesity, the artist decided to start dieting and lost around 100 pounds ever since.
Despite losing a lot of pounds, Chrissy is still battling obesity as her weight is still far from ideal. Nonetheless, she has been trying to embrace the curvy body more since the diagnosis. Hopefully, she can cope with her diet regime better!
