Jordin Sparks – 50 Pounds Lost, Diet and Exercise
Jordin Sparks’ look was probably an inspiration for many oversized women out there, especially after winning the 2006 ‘Torrid Model Search.’ But shockingly, the star decided to change the way she looked in 2010, and at the same time, started promoting a healthier life and exercise routine. What made this icon change her mind back then?
It turned out that she was ill! Although Jordin didn’t mention her sickness at that time, she had to undergo both a fitness and diet program. Thanks to that, she is way leaner and healthier than before!
