Adele sent shockwaves throughout the Internet as fans could barely recognize the songstress after she shared a photo of herself looking leaner and years younger. No one could deny that the ‘Hello’ hitmaker looked phenomenal after shedding 48 pounds.
According to her trainer, the secret behind Adele’s body is simple. She merely followed a well-balanced meal plan along with a strict workout regimen, including weight training, pilates, and boxing. Cardio and resistance training also helped Adele achieve her slim physique. But the main ingredient that tied her success together is eliminating sugar from her diet and getting enough sleep.
