According to her trainer, the secret behind Adele’s body is simple. She merely followed a well-balanced meal plan along with a strict workout regimen, including weight training, pilates, and boxing. Cardio and resistance training also helped Adele achieve her slim physique. But the main ingredient that tied her success together is eliminating sugar from her diet and getting enough sleep.
