That’s the philosophy that made comedian, Rosie O’Donnell, to seek out gastric bypass surgery after going through an almost fatal heart attack.
But Rosie’s not just sitting idle since the surgery. She’s determined to maintain the new weight by making mindful eating choices and walking more. It’s said to have helped keep her stress-levels under control too! What a win!
