As unbelievable as this may sound, Kyle Massey shed 18 pounds just by working out while paying little attention to his eating habits. From his childhood, Massey has been chubby, and to him, it’s incredible how transformative moving around to the point of sweating can be.
While the Disney actor admits to loving his new physique, he considers himself to be on a journey, taking a step at a time, which is why he doesn’t want to go on a restrictive diet that he will later end up loathing. For those that don’t know where to start on their weight loss journey, we hope this brings some inspiration.
