Claire Sweeney – 24 Pounds, SlimFast Plan
We all know Claire Sweeney from the soap opera Brookside from Channel 4. Apart from the fact she is a great actress and a talented performer, Sweeney’s issues with weight loss have also been well-documented as the artist has worked with both Slimfast and Weight Watchers.
