CELEBRITIES WHO LOST WEIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE
Sherri Shepherd – 41 Pounds, Keto Diet
Sherri Shepherd made the switch to a keto-diet and has never looked back. Besides, with a stunning 41-pound loss, and looking her best self, why would she? The star has also cut down sugar completely off her plate, and it has worked wonders.
The self-proclaimed cupcake addict made this drastic change after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Sherri didn’t want to risk abandoning her loving children over illness, and the motherly instinct saved her from the trenches. Now, she not only flaunts a better figure but feels healthy from inside out too. Way to go, mama!
