Kirsten Vangsness – 50 Pounds Lost, Renee Stephen’s Weight Loss Program
When Kirsten entered the film industry, she was already struggling with weight issues, and the spotlight made it all the more difficult for her. By 2014, she turned things around and made an appearance on a red carpet looking noticeably slimmer.
The star revealed to her fans that she did, in fact, lose 50 pounds by following Renee Stephen’s Weight Loss Program. It promoted mindfulness, yoga, determination, keto diet supplements, and, most importantly, changing one’s relationship with food. Kirsten swears by the method and has said that this program is the only thing that worked for her!
