The fact that Adam Sandler is one of the most well-off performers around doesn’t diminish the fact that he was on the verge of quitting performing in his early days. Apparently, his NYU professor didn’t think he was good enough to make it as a comedian. Thankfully, Sandler didn’t let his comment get to him and proved he had the talent to succeed in Tinseltown.
Sure enough, Sandler became everyone’s favorite rom-com actor, and his movies were certified blockbuster hits. Most of his projects did well even after their initial release, which is why his earnings have reached $420 million to date.
