It is commonly said that it’s hard for women past the age of 50 to lose weight. Yet as Gladys Knight would find out after joining a health program at 60, eating right and exercising regularly makes it possible to stay fit throughout one’s life.
Knight is a fan of protein shakes and fruits, which mostly make up her meals. She also enjoys taking protein bars as pre-workout meals or snacks. To the singer, one must stay within their body’s limits, knowing what they can and cannot do and only engaging in exercises that they enjoy, to ensure one’s consistency.
