Catherine Deneuve – Nata nel 1943
Tra le numerose attrici europee, vale la pena menzionare Catherine Deneuve. Nata in Francia, è nota soprattutto per le sue rappresentazioni in film diretti da Polanski, Buñuel, per citarne uno tra molti. Catherine ha ancora una carriera attiva, recitando in molti film negli ultimi anni, e anche recitando nel film La Verità.
Tuttavia, la Deneuve è anche noto per essere un’accanita sostenitrice di cause liberali, portando avanti nel corso degli anni le lotte per i diritti all’aborto, contro la pena di morte, tra molte altre cause controverse. Lei è anche, naturalmente, una filantropa, avendo donato grandi quantità di denaro nel corso degli anni.
