Amanda Holden : Nata nel 1971
Per chi non la conoscesse, Amanda Holden è una personalità dei media inglese, attrice, conduttrice televisiva, cantante e autrice. È stata giudice nel concorso televisivo del talent show Britain’s Got Talent da quando il programma è iniziato, nel 2007 e da allora è una vera e propria star della televisione britannica.
Il motivo? Amanda, a quasi 50 anni, ha ancora un fisico formidabile, che mostra orgogliosa sul suo seguitissimo profilo Instagram, dove non lesina consigli su come mantenersi in forma alla sua età. Capelli biondi un tocco bon ton che però sa rendere più semplice all’occorrenza. I risultati sono incredibili!
