Alessia non si risparmia in allenamenti e sedute di Yoga e, a chi le ha detto che sembra troppo magra, ha ribadito che ama pasta e pizza, ma quando è impegnata per lavoro brucia grassi: questo grazie al suo metabolismo, che funziona molto bene. Risultato? Un fisico scolpito come quello di una ragazzina e pelle tonica.
