Os seguidores do comediante Johnny Vegas devem ter percebido que ele está absolutamente estonteante ultimamente – tudo graças a sua incrível perda de peso. O astro atribui o sucesso de perder 31 quilos a uma mudança em seu estilo de vida: ele cortou tudo o que não é saudável e adicionou exercícios a sua rotina diária.
Apesar de ter levado 15 meses para Vega chegar nessa forma física, é visível que o esforço valeu a pena. Entretanto, ainda há uma coisa que o comediante diz ser impossível de resistir: queijo. Nós entendemos completamente essa tentação!
