French não é do tipo que escolhe a saída mais fácil para seus problemas, então decidiu perder peso de maneira natural.
Ela estava sendo bem cuidadosa com sua alimentação diária e sempre garantindo que não estava comendo exageradamente. Ela também se tornou mais ativa e começou a fazer muitas caminhadas. O resultado foi incrível, tendo se livrado de 45 quilos e se tornando uma pessoa mais saudável.
